Wenn man schon von der Mutter - einer bekannten Profi-Musikerin - die Muse in die Wiege gelegt bekommt, dann ist der Schritt des Sohnes hinter die Turntables sehr leicht nachvollziehbar.... Der 1978 geborene Ronny Reuter alias DJ Abdamon begann sehr frühzeitig, das Gespür für die Musik zu entwickeln – und zu leben. Was in den frühen 90er Jahren als Schallplatten-konsument in den Recordstores oder als Gast in den angesagtesten Clubs begann, entwickelte sich recht rasch zu einem unaufhaltsamen Willen, die eigene Begeisterung auf die Party-Crowd zu übertragen. Von der Position hinter den Turntables die Tanzfläche beeinflussend, wollte Ronny Zeichen setzen – und tat es auch. Seine langjährige Arbeit in einem Plattenladen verhalf ihm zu einer der besten Auswahl an neuen Vinyls, die er im Leipziger Nachtleben etablierte. So zählte DJ Abdamon zu einem der ersten, der mit Minimal-Techno und deepen House-Stuff die hiesige Clublandschaft veränderte. Im Jahr 2000 fand DJ Abdamon seine Homebase im „Letterman“, wo er den Sound maßgeblich prägte. Und er setzte Zeichen in der „Distillery“ oder bei der „Club Convention“ im „Capitol“. Für seine Karriere nachhaltige Ereignisse waren im Jahre 2002 die Outdoor-Events „Sonne,Mond & Sterne“, wo er das Abschluss-Set spielte, oder „Summer Spirit“, die Ronny überzeugend für die Weiterentwicklung seiner musikalische Laufbahn nutzen konnte. Über drei Jahre war Ronny Resident im Delitzscher „Shootclub“, wo er mit seinen Minimal/Electro-Set..s ein Garant für atemberaubende Party..s war. Aktuell findet man DJ Abdamon in den angesagtesten Clubs und auf den vielbesuchtesten Partys Mitteldeutschlands. Desweiteren sei die erfolgreiche musikalische Partnerschaft,zwischen De Bear und ihm,unter dem Projektnamen Wuttig & Reuter natürlich nicht zu verschweigen...

If 50% of your DNA comes from a well-known musician, ending up behind turntables isn’t really a big surprise… Born in 1978, Ronny Reuter alias DJ Abdamon very early developed a good feel for music – and soon ran free in it. Starting off as being a customer in record-stores and guest in popular clubs in the early 90ies, pretty soon DJ Abdamon developed the inexorable will to spread his own enthusiasm for House music. By swaying the people on the dance floor from behind the turntables, Ronny wanted to set an example – and he did. Working in a record-store for many years, he had one of the best selections of hot vinyl at his disposal, which he firmly established in Leipzig’s nightlife. So, Abdamon became one of the first DJs to influence and change the local club-scene with Minimal Techno and Deep House. In 2000 DJ Abdamon got a residencie at the “Letterman”, where he left his mark on the café’s sound. With his music he also set an example in the “Distillery” and at the “Club Convention” in the “Capitol”. Further events, that positively influenced his career, were the open-airs “Summer Spirit” and „Sonne, Mond & Sterne“, where he did the final set, in the year 2002. Ronny used the gained experiences convincingly to develop his musical career further. For over three years Ronny was a resident DJ at the “Shootclub” in Delitzsch, where his Minimal- and Electro-sets always have been a guarantee for a breathtaking party. Today, Mr. Reuter not only travels through national clubs, but quite often his sound can be heard abroad. Together with his colleague de Bear, Abdamon got a new and absolutely promising project going: At the moment, Wuttig & Reuter is one of the most frequently booked Minimal acts in Central Germany.
