Cesar Perez, born April 7, 1985 who's stage name is Abcence is an American rapper/lyricist of Dominican Republic descent. Deep into his Dominican culture/heritage, Cesar was born and raised in the Fordham Road/Bedford Park area of The Bronx, New York City. Abcence is the core of Hip Hop, he engaged into the culture at an early age as a graffiti artist and lyricist. His style is a mixture of comedic non sequiturs full of slang and his own conscious narratives of everyday situations and personal feats.
