A/D/S/R are one of the hottest DJ / producer duos in the tech house genre, coming from the hot bed of talent, which is Brighton.
Things have happened very quickly for these guys, with strong involvement from some of dance music’s heavy weights. One of their biggest supporters is Jon Gurd who signed A/D/S/R to the Killawatt Recordings family in September 2009. After having a busy 6 months in the studio they have been ripping up the rulebook by redefining the tech house genre with their fusion of future
percussive elements and instrumental arrangements.
Their first release is on Toolroom Records and is a remix of the massive track, ‘The Button’ by the legend - Thomas Gold – coming out on Beatport on 3rd February 2010 which received a huge support Mark Knight, Dubfire, David Guetta, Jerome Isma-Ae, Funkagenda, Dave Dresden (Gabriel & Dresden), D.Ramirez, David Tort, Tiger Stripes, Oliver Giacomotto or Vernon Kay.
A/D/S/R have been rocking dance floors around the globe, and in their hometown, Brighton, they have an exclusive residency at Brighton’s longest running event Pussycat Club celebrating its 15th birthday this summer. In addition to this, the boys have between them shared line-up space with many of dance music’s heavyweight acts such as Paul Oakenfold, Eric Prydz, Style of Eye, Format B, Funkagenda, Paul van Dyk, Tim Sheridan, Jon Gurd, Alex Smoke, Nic Fanciulli, My Digital Enemy, Steve Lawler, Steve Mac, Bart B More, Justin Robertson, Judge Jules, Armin van Buuren, Kurd Maverick, X - Press 2, Sister Bliss (Faithless), Hoxton Whores the list goes on.
On the remix tip A/D/S/R are one of the most in demand new artists on the scene with projects underway for 2010 it’s set to be a big year. If all this wasn’t enough A/D/S/R’s DJ diary continues to grow with gigs all over the world, with their amazing energetic performances and passion for music.
Future projects for A/D/S/R include a UK wide record label tour for Killawatt Recordings showcasing their unique sound and a lot of studio time to finish off the future releases.
A/D/S/R is the name being spoken by producers, label owners and clubbers in all four corners of the scene. Their cutting edge style and pioneering sound definitely makes A/D/S/R the ones to watch in 2010 and beyond.
we represent what we believe in.
