Awax Barber, whose real name is Sebastien Bayle was born on February 4, 1985 in Nîmes. He finds his blase after the movie Menace II Society, directed by twin brothers Allen and Albert Hughes released in 1993, where the character was played by Awax Mc Eiht, a Californian rapper. Awax Barber discovers the electro sound but especially the French touch in 1997 with the release of the album "Homework" of the group Daft Punk. Therefore, he has a passion for this genre (ou style). In addition, a follower of French hip hop, and American funk of the 80s, he started at the turntables in 1998 with his friend, Nicolas, friend who is also the other half of the group BARBA PAPA. Awax begins production at the age of 20 and still continues to do so / or has never stopped since.
Awax Barber, de son vrai nom Sebastien BAYLE est né le 4 février 1985 à Nîmes. Il trouve son blase d'après le film Menace II Society, réalisé par les frères jumeaux Allen et Albert Hugues sorti en 1993 où le personnage d'Awax était incarné par Mc Eiht, rappeur californien. Awax Barber découvre l'électro mais surtout la french touch en 1997 avec la sortie de l'album "Homework" du groupe Daft Punk. Dès lors, il se voue une passion pour ce genre de musique. De plus, adepte du hip hop français, américain et du funk des années 80, il se met aux platines en 1998 avec son ami de toujours, Nicolas, ami qui représente d'ailleurs l'autre moitié du groupe BARBA PAPA. Awax commence la production à l'âge de 20ans, et continue encore de le faire aujourd'hui/ ou ne s'est jamais arrête depuis.
