EEM Radio is hosted by Sense, UP DIGITAL and Jesse Somfay and is broadcast globally by Radio Valerie (http://www.radiovalerie.org) in Melbourne, Australia. This podcast is just under three hours long and ranges from techno to ambient to deep house. It includes a real time run-through of the NASA Mercury-Atlas 6 mission that saw the first American, John Glenn, put into orbit aboard the craft Friendship 7. My intention was to rouse some emotions and provide a sense that one is travelling through various environments. If anyone has any questions about the track listing please contact me... I recorded it in three stages using Ableton Live 8.2.6, an Akai APC40, x2 technics 1200's, a Pioneer CDJ 1000, an Allen & Heath Xone 464 and a host of Live's effects. A mixture of both files and vinyl techniques, this set was tons of work. Putting this little baby together was a lot of fun, I hope you enjoy listening! Happy new year: 2012, it's gonna be a good 1!
