Originally wanting to be in a band, Neil gave up aspirations of playing the guitar as he found it easier to play other people's records. After discovering trance whilst sat in an Amsterdam cafe at the tail end of the 90's, Neil spent several years on the dance floors of the major clubs in the UK. Buying his first set of decks in 2003, Neil initially loved the big room anthems of Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk and Above & beyond. Since then his tastes have mellowed and he now enjoys a deeper, more progressive and funky sound. Having performed at several low key parties in the past, 2009 saw him launch the House Soup night with friend and fellow DJ Tom Gaythorpe.
All his tracks on SoundCloud are mixed as live with a pair of Pioneer CDJ800's and a Pioneer DJM700 mixer.
