Jake Haldenwang is a contemporary guitarist, singer/songwriter sensation. He delivers electrifying performances with amazing searing guitar solos and intense soulful vocals that belies his youth and are rarely witnessed in someone so young. Jake began playing guitar at age 11, was performing live by age 12 and began leading his own band ensemble by the age of 13. In February 2009, he represented Charlotte, North Carolina’s at the 25th, International Blues Challenge in Memphis TN and has been mesmerizing audiences with his performances at hundreds of club, theatre and festival dates throughout the South Eastern United States ever since.

Already a veteran musician at age 16, Jake has performed shows at major notable music venues, to include; Warren Haynes Christmas Jam, Sarasota Blues Fest, BBQ & Blues~Live Nation’s Time Warner Cable Amphitheatre Pleasure Island Seafood Blues & Jazz Fest, NC Music Factory-The Saloon, Neighborhood Theatre & Visulite Theatre-Charlotte NC, Southland Ballroom & Napper Tandy’s-Raleigh NC, Orange Peel-Asheville NC, “First Night 2009” Charlotte’s New Year’s Festival, York Summer Fest, Double Door Inn, Ashvegas Blues Fest, Maggie Valley Fall Rally, Jillian’s Club-Columbia-SC, Burgundy Blues Jazz Club-Anderson SC., Brackins Blues Club-Maryville TN, 3rd & Lindsley-Nashville TN, Funky Blues Shack, the Paradise Grill-Florida. BB Kings, Rum Boogie Café, Club 152, “Ground Zero Club” in Memphis, and Webster Hall-NYC.

Jake's Band Ensemble has shared Show Billing with; Warren Haynes, Greg Allman, Buddy Guy, Jimmie Vaughan, Drivin N’ Cryin, Steve Miller, Leon Russell, Elvin Bishop, Moreland & Arbuckle, Tommy Castro and Trombone Shorty. Jake has also appeared as a Guest Guitarist with Umphrey’s McGee, Buddy Guy, Marshall Tucker, Walter Trout, Tommy Castro, Kevn Kinney and Drivin N’ Cryin, Artimus Pyle of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Robin Rogers, Bryan Lee, WSNB, Mississippi Morris, Dave Fields, Mac Arnold and has opened for Webb Wilder and Tom Hambridge, in Nashville TN. He has 13 original written songs to his credit, to include; “Tell The Truth”, written in collaboration with Producer, Gary Vincent, of Morgan Freeman’s, Ground Zero Music Company. “Tell The Truth” became the title track of Jake’s first studio CD, self produced, completed and released in 2010.
