Dynamic Chicago-based ElectroFunk trio GHOSTHOUSE pulls out all the stops with their electrifying live show. It's impossible not to move to the unparalleled dance beats that have commanded rapidly growing audiences at every event. The group has been non-stop since their introduction to Chicago's music scene, and were immediately featured on Lollapalooza after parties at Hard Rock Hotel, opened for funk legend Har Mar Superstar and headlined North Coast Music Festival, among other high-profile events. Their 10-track full length album has been licensed to MTV, Bravo and Showtime, with features on "The Jersey Shore," "Good Times," "The Real L Word," and "Gallery Girls." Recently selected as on of the Top Bands in Chicago by Do312, Ghosthouse consistently shines as one of the brightest stars in the electro scene.

Ghosthouse released their self-titled debut album in the fall of 2011. It was the first effort in a seven year collaborative partnership between producer Jimmy Con and vocalist Chuck New. From the upbeat montage style track, "Flatline," to their ballad "Makeup Sexxx," a track oozing the sex appeal of the Prince-famed Minnesota sound, Ghosthouse created a project that can have you dancing in the club or romancing in the bedroom.

In the spring of 2012, Ghosthouse will satisfy their hungry fans by bringing their most diverse, funky and polished EP yet, starting with the single "Stop Drop and Roll." The group is giving their fans a chance to be a part of the upcoming release, by hosting a remix competition with Do312.com and Hot Dog Records. Ghosthouse has added some exciting elements to their already wild live show and plan on spending their summer wearing out the soles of every hipster's Chuck Taylors. Expect a Ghosthouse-style return of unadulterated Funk in 2012.
