@7 Minutes Dead: It is easier. You can also warp the samples you're chopping here and there at tempos slightly slower and faster. This can have a really cool effect when done right.

@apheyr: Thanks! At this time I was rendering bits of the song to WAVs and bringing them into an editor and chopping them up by hand. At the time I was using FL Studio, but I've found it's a lot easier with Ableton.
