Born into a world of surf, jazz, rock and blues, the 6StringMercenary evolved by feeding on history and loving every minute on the axe. After cutting teeth early in the gigging world, it was too bad that the 6sm discovered the life of a studio musician was all but gone. Only the best of the best, no room for stragglers. So practice became rehearsal. The home studio grew with each piece of technology, every night spent coming up with new riffs, with loving the pentatonic scale but pushing it to sound new. The guitar is an addiction. Also a skill. His idea is to work for whoever can send a FedEx envelope with a few 20s in it. Until then, just more and more exploring...now armed with Ableton Live and more controllerism tools than he feels like listing, he's adding a new dimension to his approach to music.
