We're getting there - only one more to go!
All the usual instruments here - but no human collaborations this time although, as you can see, 5X0D was still quite active at this point.
Some new instruments would be the Casio DH 100 Digital Horn, which I here midied to the Casio CZ 1000 Synth to get a decent sound! A Yamaha QX5 sequencer was purchased in an effort to get some fresh ideas going. Also, a Yamaha Portasound PSS-390 (http://homepage.mac.com/synth_seal/html/pss390.html) was used on the last but one track. It was during this period that I moved out of the Cathedral Road bedsit which had been the main recording studio for 5X0D and for Paul and myself during the 80s.
One of the last tracks in this compilation is called "Bye to C.R.".

OK, here comes Rob blowing on his new Casio DH 100 Digital Horn! (Well, my first instrument at Junior school was the descant recorder.) The portamento - slide effect - button on the Casio was great fun.
At this point... and....
