    Ambient/Improv duo 5turns25 officially announces their release of four debut albums. After forming on the 25th anniversary of the Landsat 5 satellite launch [3.1.2009], John Kasiewicz and Dan Tressler spent several cold winter's nights in a Connecticut barn surrounded with instruments, looping pedals and a straight-to-stereo-mix recording device. Their collaboration resulted in four albums: Cloud Unfolded, Origin Of Claws, Elephant Platform, and Hamsters On Treadmills [all four released on Scattered Disc/April 2009].
