5 & ¼ Records was founded in late 06’ as an alternative to the label model as a business entity. We believe in good music that lacks commercial appeal, yet redefines commercial demand. Our mission is founded in an environmental recycling project which reuses old 5 & ¼ inch computer floppies in an effort to innovate and save our planet. All custom packaging and art for our releases are handcrafted, individually numbered, and unique. All our releases are limited.
