Brogan Forace (a.k.a 4Ace) was always interested as a young boy into music but only ventured into electronic music and DJing at the age of 16. Whilst attending many parties with his peers, he then realised he could offer something to the scene and looked into the situation further with no hesitation whatsoever.
It was Christmas of 2007 when his all time wish came true. 4Ace was blessed with CDJ's, a mixer and his first ever set of headphones that he longed for. He knew it was in his own hands from then on, his ''chillout area'' in the basement of his parents apartment soon got revamped into his new studio. He didn't waste any time and spent most of his free time experimenting with his new toys.
After many hours practising, a break through followed and was asked to play at a local club, 'Silk'. 4Ace has played at several well known clubs in Malta and Gozo such as 'Elements', 'Places', 'Styxs', 'Axis', 'Clique', 'Amazonia', 'Sugar Shake', 'Sabor', 'Sin City', 'Vinyl', 'Purple Room', 'Prime Time's UnNamed Club', 'Ku Club', 'D Code' and many more. 4Ace has played at many events; mostly ''private parties'' held in ''secret locations'' on the rock. He has also featured at one of the most if not the most popular weekly club night in Malta called, 'PRIME TIME'. Other important promotions were his name got recognized are, 'Nokturnal Events' 'Perpendicular', 'DonDisko', 'Charged', 'Lights Out', 'Elektrik Stream', 'Electronic Theory', 'Shift', 'Disorder' and also the most awaited boat party during peak time in Summer every year; 'Fun in the Sun'. With the help of all the previously mentioned nights, 4Ace was asked to play at two of the most famous festivals globally here in Malta which are 'Creamfields Malta' and the 'Ministry of Sound Festival'. Nonetheless he also had the privilege to warm up and play alongside the likes of one of the Detroit Techno Legends; 'Jeff Mills', 'Umek', 'Vitalic', 'Phil Kieran', with one of the main residents of Argentina's most booming underground club, 'Mariano DC', 'Ahmet Sendil' and 'Drumcode's' founder / superstar DJ, 'Adam Beyer'.
4Ace didn't stop there, infact he took it a step further, a grade higher. He, together with the 'Nokturnal Events' crew teamed up to set up their first and official event hosting no other than 'Ahmet Sendil' on the 3rd October back in 2009 whilst he himself closed off the night to a packed house and truly delivered.
Early 2010 saw him take up a Music Production Course at Point Blank, London which he successfully completed and qualified from. The school he attended was voted 'Best Music Production and DJ College' six years running by T-Scan Awards were he learned to refine his love for electronic music and passion for the symbolic art.
As of lately 4Ace has been working very closely with Malta's leading artist, 'DJ Ruby' where he has been given the once in a lifetime oppurtunity to broadcast his sounds on Malta's top radio station, '89.7 Bay' with nothing but promising and positive feedback respectively. Recently a brand new concept has been evolved; 'Warp Me' which promises to pursue both upcoming and other famous artists around the globe. Warp Me kicked off there adventure with the likes of, PHOBIQ Label owner, Sasha Carassi. Madrid's finest up coming talent, Psyk signed on Minus, Enemy, Figure, Lineal etc. And Hybrid's main man from Stockholm, Kimono. Warp me's 2012 has kicked off with some intent, teaming up with Hans Bouffmyhre's Sleaze Records confirming Par Grindvik, Hans Bouffmyhre, Dustin Zahn and Alex Bau.
4Ace's latest achievements haven't been gone unnoticed, on the 15th October 2011 4Ace & Psyk Teamed up to headline the famous DROID event, held in an Old Prison in Malta under USA's Audio Injection & Drumcell, Pioneers in the Techno scene around the world. 4Ace has also been confirmed for his first gig's away from his Home land of Malta, Amsterdam, Rome and Madrid are his destinations confirmed so far.
Keep an eye out for 4Ace in the near future as he promises to keep pushing the boundaries with his ''big room'' techno music.
