2W Records was created by Teo Man AKA Tainted Train as a place to release and promote quality electronic dance music with passion and taste. Disregarding genres, styles and ideas the current scene have while trying to create a unique place for interesting music ideals.
After releasing several EP's under different monikers Teo decided thats its time to create a place where his art will be release and promoted, controlling the quality of his own releases as well as finding new talent or helping existing talent to have a free place to express themselves.
2W Records has underground mentality but doesn't consider itself a place for only underground music, we don't have the need to classify music by anything other then our taste. If we like it, we will release it. It's true that if you try to classify us we have our roots in techno and minimal as we were brought up with this music, but our tracks have elements from house, electro, chillout and any other genre existing within the limits of EDM.
