Double Cee of Precise Instinct is out of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. He has done various shows locally in the past at Salisbury State University, University of Maryland, Ocean City. Also he has done shows internationally in Europe, namely Germany and Holland performed at Melkweg in Amsterdam!, as well as down south mostly Georgia(ATL). Double Cee has performed out in the West in towns like Las Cruces as well as East Coast, mostly small venues and private functions. He is considered a producer that can write and perform. Precise Instinct started in 1990 in a serious effort to give something back to the Hip-Hop game in the form of positive but realistic rap music coming from his own perspective. The Mason Dixon Line concept came out of many musical influences that have been apart of the Eastern Shore. The Eastern Shore is no stranger to the likes of many NY, Phili, Baltimore and further south artist ect and there is much local talent here. Since this is where the North and South meet Double Cee prides himself on representing a unique blend of North and South flavors.
