About
Jesus gave me the gift of writing music. Back in 2001, I began producing tasteless dance music with Fruity Loops 3 on my grandma's Dell desktop PC. For years, I continued in a tradition of producing terrible music that I actually believed to be good, but my friends were honest with me and helped me understand why my tracks were uninteresting and dull. I slowly started realizing that my niche was in melody creation and cinematic scoring. 5 years ago, a friend of mine gave me a chance to score a 30 minute documentary, and that's when everything started changing. Through a lot of failure, revision and time I realized that the unique gift I have is in bringing images to life...and it's been my joy to do that for the past few years while collaborating with some of the my favorite artists.
Currently, I live in Lexington, KY and direct an organization called Unearthed. Check out our Hearts of Men project, directed at killing the sexual exploitation of women and children at the root | www.unearthedpictures.org
I'll be releasing "Movements of the Heart" on iTunes in June, 2012. It's a full length record of my cinematic works form the last several years - some of which are not available on this SoundCloud page.
I DO NOT check my message inbox. If you have licensing & usage questions about my music, SEND AN EMAIL to 23violins@gmail.com - I love hearing from people and I'll always work to help you out! Unless you're profiting from the project, I'll give you the music freely - primarily because God has freely given me forgiveness from sin and acceptance as a son. He made Jesus, who was without sin, to be sin for all of us...so that in him we could become the righteousness of God.

@AaronNewberry: Haha! Thanks bro! Means a lot! They're real drums mixed and layered with samples from Stormdrum 2...there's a blackwater kit in there. I rolled the snares 3 times and added different types of bitcrushing and distortion while I panned them to make them sound a bit more real. I'll look at my schedule and hit you back regarding the remix.
@Kibeja: I might end up reprogramming it. The notes sound off.
@Penguin Fawkes: :) That's what I was going for...I love sunsets, beaches and pianos. Figured I'd combine the three!

Love this stutter stuff
Swagged out - love this
@Viola Bence: Not only was this song originally written in 2007 (before that episode even existed), but this track is completely different in every way, shape and form (just listened to it on youtube). Just because two tracks have a similar effect added to the vocals doesn't make them the same piece of music. Feel free to argue, but I won't be replying.
Swagged out - love this.
Listened to this about 100x already...can't wait to buy it!
@Soundtrack-Audio: Bro! This means so much to me! Thanks for checking in and sharing...saw your tweet today! I'll head on over and check your music later today...excited to listen!
