a bit about the mix:
it's chilled out and emotional. a good slice of my influences over the past year and a half. tech house melodies influenced by detroit, infinite delays, huge reverbs, dancey rhythms of the house variety or post dubstep (future garage, whatever your name for it)
the name is in honour of our bear brethren to the north, in the wake of cancun.

in regards to the name, i made it around the time of watching the cancun climate change talks with bated breath in the news. polar bears are dangerous, but at heart i think they are chilled out and loving. the feel of this set is kinda hopeful but resigned. - Ilana Harkavy
