    BIOGRAPHY
Pets was formed in 2004 in Storsveden, on the northern tundra of Sweden. In this quartet we find an exoticism hard to define - only the Swedes know it’s secrets. The four witches were united trough their common passion for the harmonies of The Kinks, the energy of motown acts such as The Isley Brothers and the tender melancoly of Jan Johansson, a Swedish Jazz legend who grew up not far from where the band started out. This mix results in brilliant pop sealed by the clear and distinct vocals of lead singer Jonte Olsson.

It’s impossible to overlook the band’s heritage. Their roots in the northern landscape has left a raw, savage tone. The members have proven they have a talent for melody and this might just be the perfect pop equation. We’ll let you be the judge.
