The Rub's DJ Eleven debuts his 11 Inch Records imprint with his first non-mix release. "Dance Your Way" is a perfect introduction to his DJ friendly sound, mixing up disco edit styles, party breaks aesthetics, and a bit of 80s sheen. The song's upbeat vibe is definitely something you could imagine killing it at The Rub. Fast forwarding to about 3am at South Paw, "Anson Danza" gets heavier into B-more tinged dance beats with some great abstract vocal samples. Eleven closes the set with "Yes I Know," a feelgood disco funk track track with a cool vocal scat - flute combo. DJs take notice, recommended.
