Uploading is easy and simple with SoundCloud and there are many options to do it, follow our general uploading 101 below to learn the basics!

Before You Start

Make sure you have confirmed your address! You can't upload sounds without confirming your email address. Check your inbox dude! Once you have confirmed that you are confirmed (sorry we had to), you can start to upload! First you need to choose your uploader!

Choose Your Uploader

SoundCloud offers two different native uploaders:

• The regular Flash uploader . If you're experiencing problems with our Flash uploader, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash installed.
and
• The old-skool uploader. This is recommended for uploading larger files.

You may also want to try out the desktop uploader Scup .

Choose Your File or Record Directly

Once you choose your uploader, you can either record straight from the uploader or press the “choose files” button to upload AIFF, WAVE, FLACC, OGG, MP2, MP3 or ACC files from your computer.

Deal with Issues
