Melvins and The Jon Spencer Blues Explosion released their versions of the Leadbelly classic Black Betty on a split 7″ on Minneapolis based Amphetamine Reptile (http://www.amphetaminereptile.com). Available since May from the label, as well as at shows on the JSBX tour, which began at the end of May. The cover art for the sleeve is a lino-cut by Haze-XXL, and should be available as a print as well. No point in keeping an eye on the AmRep site for the this as it's long sold out.
